FAQ

Does your mobile bar have electricity?
Yes! We have a small invertor battery that is very sustainable and completely noise free. It can power our cafe lights for up to 7 hours and is included in all of our packages. (Available for the horse trailer mobile bar)

Can we just rent one of your bars? We don't need bartenders.
No, our bars are never out of our sight.

We have a bar on site and only need bartenders.
We are not a staffing company and do not offer bartending only. Our services are "package deals". Rental of bars + bartenders + pouring services. The prices of our rentals are also to cover expenses like, gas, set up, break down, insurances, etc.


Do you include glassware?
We do not include glassware in our packages, however, you are more than welcome to rent them yourself, through party rental companies. Keep in mind, that we will not be able to leave the bar to buss the party and gather the glasses. You will need to hire staff to buss around, wash them and restock the glasses to the bar. You will also want to rent one of our golden back bars to display the glasses. We are not responsible for missing or broken glasses at the end of your event. We can offer upgraded, glass looking disposable drinkware for extra fee.


Do you include decor?
We include the basic decor seen in our photos. We are happy to work with you to make the bars capture your vision for the day, as long as the decorations will not damage our bars.
 
Do you supply the alcohol?
We are unable to supply the alcohol due to California’s regulations and laws on mobile bars. We include our equipment, bartending services, mixers and garnishes, ice, menu consultation, and a stress free shopping list.

Who is responsible for making sure guests don't have too much to drink?
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who seems to have had too much to drink, per our judgement. However, the host of the event is ultimately responsible for all invited guests and their actions.

Is gratuity included in your fees?
No, it isn't. Tips are customary in the bartending business. Therefore we will have a tip jar at the event. For very small events we will add 20% gratuity to the invoice.

How do I know how much alcohol to purchase?
As we get closer to your event we will setup a menu consultation where we go over what types of beer and wine you prefer. If your package includes signature cocktails then we will discuss what your favorite liquors are (gin, tequila, whiskey, vodka, etc.) and what type of story you are trying to tell with your signature drinks. Once we know your preferences then we will send you a shopping list with quantities so you can get everything you need ahead of time.

My wedding ceremony is taking place at the same venue as the reception, can you serve guests with refreshing beverages as they arrive before the ceremony?
Yes we can, just let us know that you plan to do so and we will factor that into your quote. 


What if it rains at my event?
In the event that it does rain on your big day, we will require a tent covering and would be happy to work with your venue or tent vendor.
 
Is your company insured?
Yes! We have general liability insurance and liquor liability insurance.
 
Where are you located?
We are located in Orange County, California. Our packages include 60 miles of round trip travel from the city of Newport Beach. However we love taking our bars to new destinations and would be happy to factor in transportation costs in your quote.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept, venmo, zelle and all major credit cards. If you decide that we are a good fit for your event , we will email you a contract to sign with an online payment form for a 50% deposit to secure your date. The remainder of your final bill will be due 4 weeks prior to your event. 
 
What is your refund policy?
Once you make your deposit we block off your date in our calendar and may have to turn away other clients, for this reason we do not give refunds.

Do you handle trash?
We do not. We have nowhere to put trash from your guests during events, and we have nowhere to take it to after the event. If your venue does not handle trash, please check with your caterer to make sure they do.

Can my kids, who are under 21, be served with alcohol during my event with my consent?
Absolutely NOT.
NO CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL BY PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 21 is allowed. In fact, it's illegal. We reserve the right to end service coverage immediately and leave the the premises if any person under the age of 21 is being served to and/or consuming alcohol during the time we are serving at your event. Our goal is to ensure effective responsible beverage service and curb harm related to underage drinking and overuse of alcohol in our communities.
