The Process

1) consultation
Fill out our inquiry form and let us know more about your event.  If your date is available, we will respond you back concerning the details of your event and what bar experience you are looking to create and send you a quote.

2) contract and deposit
Once we  know the direction of your event, your guest count, venue location, and other details  we will  craft a customized proposal. If you decide that we are a good fit for your event then we will email you a contract to sign and an online payment form for a 50% deposit to secure your date. The remainder of your final bill will be due 4 weeks prior to your event.

3) menu consultation
As we get closer to your event we will send you a questionnaire, where you let us know, the final guest count as well what types of beer, wine  and cocktails (if applicable) you prefer. Once we know your preferences then we will send you a  shopping list with quantities so you can get everything you need ahead of time. And no need to take care of all the ice, garnishes, and mixers…we’ve got that covered!


4) final payment
30 days before your event we will email you a final invoice that can be completed online.


5)the big day!
This is our favorite part…showing up for your special day! We will arrive two hours prior to the event to park the bar, receive the alcohol, and set up ice chests. Our friendly bartenders will make sure that you and your guests (21 and over) are happy and tipsy.
